Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the ordered items and your shipping information. Please double-check the following details:

- Street Address
- Company Name (if applicable)
- Unit/Apt Number
If you notice any mistakes, contact us promptly at support@jelbag.com. If you did not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before reaching out to us.

Jelbag is committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping services to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time. We currently serve customers in the United States and the United Kingdom.

Order Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) of receipt.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday-Friday) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will begin processing the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Timeframe: The total delivery time, including processing and transit, is typically 7-14 business days. We strive to ensure all orders arrive within this timeframe.
Tracking Your Order
After successfully placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details. Once your items have shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email, which includes:
- Order Number
- Carrier Information
- Date and Time of Order Placement
- Order Status
- Package Tracking Number
You can track your items after 24 hours of shipment.
Once your package arrives in its destination country, the local postal service will handle the final delivery. You can track your parcel using the same tracking number on the local postal service’s website. If the tracking indicates that the parcel could not be delivered for any reason, please contact your local post office first for further details. If you encounter any issues while tracking your parcel, please email us at support@jelbag.com. We’re here to help!
Please Note: Tracking information is active for 60 days. We won’t be able to assist with tracking beyond this period.
Delivery
We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Immediate Action: Email us at support@jelbag.com within 3 business days of receiving your shipment.
- Provide Evidence: Include a picture of the damaged item(s) and the packaging.
- Contact Carrier: If possible, report the issue to the carrier at the time of delivery (e.g., damaged/soaked package, torn/bent products).
Please Note: If your order has been damaged during transit, Jelbag will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Change of Shipping Address
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email us immediately at support@jelbag.com. We will do our best to correct the address before your order is shipped. However, once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.
Please Note
- Force Majeure: When encountering events such as natural disasters or pandemics, order processing may be delayed. Your order will be processed promptly once conditions permit.
- Shipping Address Accuracy: Your order will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Any package returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be re-shipped at your expense.
- Return Shipping Fees: If a product is returned due to an address error that is not our fault, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Tracking Period
Tracking information is available for 60 days. After this period, tracking support will no longer be available, and Jelbag cannot assist with packages beyond this timeframe.
