Delivery

Jelbag currently ships to all 50 U.S. states (subject to local carrier availability) and the United Kingdom. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the same business day; orders placed after the cutoff will begin processing the next business day. We partner with DHL, UPS, FedEx, YunExpress, EMS, and Yanwen. Standard shipping transit time is 6–11 business days (Monday–Friday), and shipping is free on all orders. The estimated total delivery timeframe, including processing and transit, is 7–14 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with carrier details and a tracking number. Tracking is active for 60 days.

Return & Refund

You may return any item for quality issues within 30 calendar days after delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at support@jelbag.com or +1 307 443 5345. We’ll send you a Return Authorization Number and full instructions. Once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original form of payment (PayPal refunds may take up to 3 business days). You’re responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error. For defective or DOA items, we’ll reimburse return shipping after inspection.
